Ingredients:
Porridge:
- 3 eggs
- 100ml olive oil
- 200ml of milk
- 200g fine semolina
- 200g flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 100g white cheese (feta) or myzithra
- Salt
Filling:
- 4 large zucchini
- 100g slice or cheese
- 100g graviera
- Mint
- pepper
Preparation Method:
Wash and cut the zucchini into slices, salt, and strain. In a bowl mix the eggs with the olive oil and pour the milk. Mix the semolina with the flour and bacon powder and gradually add it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Crush the slice and toss. Stir well and add some salt. The porridge should be neither too thin nor too tight.
Oil the pan and pour half the porridge, then sprinkle the zucchini, feta cheese, graviera, a little mint, a little pepper and cover with the remaining porridge.
Sprinkle with a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
