  • 1 kg lamb
  • 3 fresh onions
  • 1 dry onion
  • half a cup of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • salt
  •  dill finely chopped

Preparation Method:

Cook the onions in a saucepan and add the meat. When it gets color, add water and salt and let it boil. Boil it in medium heat until soft. Add the ascolibrouswith the dill and some water. We make the egg-lemon. Grab the eggs, and slowly add the lemon juice. We take a little juice from the saucepan and add it slowly to the egg and lemon while we continue to strike it. Remove the saucepan from the eye and pour the whole egg-lemon into the food. Mix it well. Put it back in the fire for two minutes, and it’s ready.
