• 1 large cabbage
  • ½ kilograms of rice
  • A little olive oil
  • 3-4 onions grated
  • Dry daisy
  • Salt and pepper
  • Walnut Broken
  • Tomato grated
  • Chicken broth for cooking
  • Anthogalo for the servíng


Preparation Method:

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix them well. Pour the oil into the saucepan, roll over the bottom of it, to prevent the cabbage leaves sticking. Lay the leaves, add the filling and wrap them. Place circularly the cabbages in a pot, cover its bottom. Add the chicken broth to cover evenly the dumplings and put a  dish just above. Put the pot on medium heat and occasionally shake it.

We serve with anthogalo.
