• 1 chicken
  • 3-4 tablespoons butter
  • 250 g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 glass of brandy liqueur
  • 1 and άσπρο glass of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Salt Pepper
  • chopped parsley

Preparation Method:

Wash well and cut the chicken into portions. In a saucepan, place the butter, sauté the chicken and whisk the brandy. Once the brandy has evaporated, remove the chicken from the saucepan. Then, put the mushrooms in the pan, sauté them and rinse with the wine. Add the chicken, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and water again. Allow the food to simmer for 45 to 50 minutes.

Serve with chopped parsley.
