• 3 cups of flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • 2 glasses of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup cognac
  • zest from a lemon
  • zest with 2 oranges
  • 1 teaspoon of soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon trumpet

Preparation Method:

Mix the baking powder with the flour. In another bowl, beat the olive oil with sugar and then add the zest of the lemon and the orange, the cognac, the cinnamon, and carnation to the oil mixture.

Mix a little. Dissolve the soda in the orange juice and add it too. Finally, slowly put the flour and stir to become a thick porridge.

Then pour the porridge into a buttered pan. Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
