• 1 kg of cuttlefish cleansed
  • 1 kg of wild greens
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 150ml red wine
  • 1 big wood pot
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • Salt Pepper

Preparation Method:

Clean and wash the cuttlefish and cut into small pieces. Then we cook them until they absorb their liquids and quench them with wine. Add the chopped onion and leave to boil for 15-20 minutes.

At the same time, we wash and clean the greens. Let them strain and when the cuttlefish are softened, add them to the pot. We add the tomatoes, salt and continue boiling for another 15 minutes, soften the cuttlefish well.

Remove from the fire, and pour the pepper.
