Ingredients for the dough:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ kg of flour
- 1 cup of tsikoudia
- 1 glass of water
Ingredients for filling:
- 1 plate of grated cheese
- 3-4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation Method:
Pour the ingredients for the dough into a bowl, and stir until the dough is firm. In another bowl, pour the stuffing ingredients and mix well. Roll out the dough on a sheet, and cut into small round pieces. Half the size of a tea plate and the other half the size of a coffee plate. Put the small leaf on top of a large leaf and thena a spoonful of stuffing. Then we pull out all the edges and close it.
Fry in a lot of olive oil and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
