Ingredients for the dough:

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ kg of flour
  • 1 cup of tsikoudia

Pour the ingredients for the dough into a bowl, and stir until the dough is firm. In another bowl, pour the stuffing ingredients and mix well. Fry in a lot of olive oil and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
