Ingredients for dough:

1/2 kg of flour

1/2 cup of olive oil

1 yogurt

a little salt

1 cup of chicken broth

Ingredients for filling:

1kg lamb or goat

1 kg of myzithra

salt, pepper, cinnamon, mint

1 cup staka

1 cup of meat broth

1 tablespoon of corn flour

Preparation Method:

After the meat is boiled and the bones are removed, cut into small pieces and add salt, pepper, mint, and cinnamon.

To make the dough, mix the flour with the oil and then add the remaining ingredients to the dough. Divide the dough into two and open two phyllo and spread one on an oiled baking dish.

Then we put half a staka, half a myzithra and all the meat. Above the meat, e put the rest of the mizithra and stew and again add cinnamon and mint.

We put second phyllo over which we cover the pie. Smear the egg pie, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for about 1 hour at medium temperature.
