Preparation method:

Handmade sheet: Pour the water, oil, salt, and wine into the flour and knead them well. Cover the dough and leave it for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into two parts and open two medium sheets. Apply one sheet to a large greased baking pan. Apply the potatoes, pumpkins, and myzithra in layers. Put on each layer a little salt and pepper, a little mint, some flour, and a little casserole cheese. Beat the eggs with milk and stew and pour this mixture over. Pour the breeze with the oil. Place the other sheet on top, spread it over with some oil and sprinkle it with sesame seeds. Cut the boureki into square pieces and bake for 1 – 1 1/4 hour in a moderately preheated oven at 180 ° C.
