Ingredients:
- 1 kg of fresh octopus
- 250 gr olives
- 250 gr tomatoes
- 500 gr small onions
- 1 glass of wine olive oil
- Salt Pepper
- 1 glass of wine
- 2 laurel leaves
Preparation Method:
Boil the octopus for a long time and “erase” it with wine. Add salt, olive oil, laurels, and tomatoes after rubbing them. Leave it to boil and add the onions. When the octopus is half-moistened and the onions are softened, add the olives.
Let the food boil for a long time on a moderate heat, until the sauce binds well.
