Ingredients:
- 3-4 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 100-150 grams of apaki
- Salt
- Slightly grated cheese or 2-3 tablespoons of milk
Preparation Method:
Clean the potatoes, cut them and fry them. Cut the apaki into cubes, and fry in a frying pan with a little oil. At the same time in a bowl beat the eggs, with a little salt and cheese or milk. Pour the potatoes into the frying pan and sprinkle with the eggs. Let it brown and turn our omelet upside down until it is brown on the other side.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
