Ingredients:
- ½ kg of sweet or sour mizithra
- 2 glasses of lukewarm water
- ½ shot of lemon juice
- ½ raki shot
- ½ shot of olive oil
- a little salt
- 4-5 glasses of flour approximately
Preparation Method:
Mix the ingredients and make a soft dough. Leave it for half an hour to rest and then make a sheet or passing it to the sheet-cut machine Νο 6. Cut the sheet we just made into pieces of 20 x 12 cm each. Place in our cheese and fold the sheet. We form a bun, which is closed at the edges. Fry in olive oil.
