Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg pork hoof
- 7 big potatoes
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- ½ tablespoon
- 100ml olive oil
- 1 teaspoon staka-butter
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Salt Pepper
Preparation Method:
Wash the meat very well and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Leave it on for an hour. We clean and wash the potatoes and then cut and put them in the baking pan. Then add the meat. Grate the tomatoes, add salt and pepper. Dissolve the peltate in a glass of water and pour it into the dish, add olive oil and staka-butter. Put the cinnamon sticks.
Bake at 200 degrees, top to bottom resistance for 1 hour and 50 minutes. As soon as we see that the meat has turned pink we turn it on the other side.
