Ingredients:
- 250g of Carolina rice
- 1 big onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 pumpkins flowers
- 1 bunch of mint
- Salt Pepper
- 30 zucchini
- 1 glass of olive oil
Preparation Method:
Brush the vegetables and put them in a bowl. Then add half the oil, rice, mint and salt-pepper. Take a teaspoon of the filling and fill the pumpkins flowers. Put about half a teaspoon stuff to each.
