• 1 cup finely chopped fennel
  • 1 cup chopped radishes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint chopped
  • white pepper
  • 1 cucumber cut into cubes
  • 2 cups of drained yogurt
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • salt

Preparation Method:

Mix fennel with cucumber and radishes. Add the lemon juice, the salt, the pepper and put the salad in a deep bowl. In the other bowl, put the yogurt with the mint and stir for 2-3 minutes. Pour the yogurt mixture over the salad and serve as a garnish with whole mint leaves.
