• 1 bunch of fennel chopped
  • 2 potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 carrots cut into cubes
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 1.5 liters of meat or water broth
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt Pepper

Preparation Method:

Heat the oil and sprinkle the fennel, along with the onions, garlic, potatoes, and carrots. Stir well, put salt, pepper and half the broth. Cover the pot and cook for 25 minutes. Take half the vegetables and make them puree. Dissolve the flour in the rest of the broth, and pour it into the pan with the puree. Allow to boil for a while and our soup is ready.
