• 1 packet of sweet ‘trachanas’
  • 1 packet self-raising flour
  • 1 carton of yogurt
  • 1 packet margarine
  • 1 sachet dried yeast
  • 1½ teacups sugar
  • A little ground cinnamon

Preparation Method:

Melt the margarine, then knead the yogurt and the yeast with the flour. Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes. Soak the sweet scallions in two glasses of water for 20 minutes and finally add the sugar and mix well.

In a buttered baking pan, place half the dough and spread. Add the crisp, cover with the rest of the dough.

Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
