Ingredients:
- 1 and ½ cups of sugar tea
- 1 cup butter butter
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 and ½ cups of yogurt
- 5 eggs
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
Preparation Method:
Mix the flour, baking powder, and lemon zest. In the mixer, beat the butter with the sugar and add the egg yolks. Then beat the egg whites and toss in the flour and yogurt in the mixer. Mix all ingredients well and place in a buttered baking tray.
Bake in a medium oven for about 1 hour.
