• 1 small octopus
  • 500g black Eyed beans
  • Red pepper
  • Green pepper
  • Half a bunch of dill
  • 1 fresh onion
  • 6 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of capers
  • 150ml vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt Pepper

Preparation Method:

From the previous day, we put the beans in a bowl of water to soak. After they are inflated, the next day, boil them in salted water. Then strain them and let them cool.

Wash the octopus thoroughly and place it in a saucepan of water and vinegar for 45 minutes. Then remove it and cut it into small pieces. Put in a bowl and pour oregano, vinegar, olive oil, and pepper.

In a large bowl, put the blackberries and chop the rest of our ingredients, peppers, dill, onion and sun-dried tomatoes. Finally, put the octopus and capers.

Mix them well and add olive oil, salt, and pepper if needed and mix well.

Our salad is ready.
